According to Rokna, the body of the renowned Iranian miniaturist, Master Farshchian, was received today, August 17, 2025, at Isfahan Airport by artists and the public. One of the most special and moving parts of this ceremony was the heartfelt welcome by the custodians of the Holy Shrine of Imam Reza, which, in recognition of Master Farshchian’s artistic contributions to religious and devotional art, drew particular attention from those present.
It is noteworthy that the funeral and burial ceremony will be held today at 4:00 p.m.
