Silent Coup in Saudi Arabia / King Salman Dismisses 13 Senior Officials
Rokna Political Desk: The King of Saudi Arabia, King Salman, issued a series of royal decrees introducing wide-ranging changes to the composition of the country’s officials and, while dismissing Khalid Al-Falih from the position of Minister of Investment, appointed new ministers.
According to Rokna, the King of Saudi Arabia, Salman bin Abdulaziz, in his latest move issued several new decrees and implemented extensive changes among the country’s officials.
One of the significant changes under these decrees includes the dismissal of Khalid bin Abdulaziz Al-Falih from the position of Saudi Minister of Investment. However, he was immediately appointed as Minister of State and member of the Cabinet.
Under the same decrees, Fahd bin Abduljalil bin Ali Al-Saif was appointed as the country’s new Minister of Investment.
