Iran’s Armed Forces Finger on the Trigger, Ready to Deliver Decisive Response to Any Aggression

According to Rokna, Seyyed Abbas Araghchi, in reaction to Trump’s recent threat, stressed the complete preparedness of the Iranian Armed Forces, declaring: “Our courageous armed forces, fully vigilant and with finger on the trigger, are ready to provide the most decisive, effective, and deterrent response possible to any aggression against Iran’s land, airspace, and territorial waters.”

Referring to the nation’s recent security and military experiences, he added: “The valuable lessons learned from the 12-day war have enabled Iran to respond to any threat or hostile action with greater power, speed, and intensity.”

At the same time, Araghchi reaffirmed Iran’s diplomatic approach, stating: “Iran has always welcomed a fair and equitable nuclear agreement based on mutual interests, one that is established on equal footing and free from any compulsion, threats, or intimidation.”

He further added: “Such an agreement must guarantee Iran’s legitimate rights to benefit from peaceful nuclear technology, while also ensuring that nuclear weapons will not be developed.”

The Foreign Minister emphasized that nuclear weapons have no place in the security doctrine of the Islamic Republic of Iran, stressing: “Iran has never sought to acquire such weapons and will never pursue them.”
