Kremlin: No Negotiations with the U.S. for Now
Rokna Political Desk: The Kremlin has reported that contacts between Moscow and Washington continue, but emphasized that negotiations are not taking place at present. Russia has also positively evaluated the U.S. rejection of “megaphone diplomacy.”
The spokesperson for the Russian Presidential Administration (Kremlin) announced that contacts between Moscow and Washington are ongoing; however, negotiations have not yet proceeded.
According to Rokna, citing RIA Novosti, Dmitry Peskov, the spokesperson for the Russian Presidential Administration (Kremlin), told reporters that contacts between Moscow and Washington continue, but negotiations have not proceeded for now.
The Kremlin spokesperson added that the U.S. rejection of “megaphone diplomacy” can only be evaluated positively. The results of the contacts between the U.S. and Ukraine (between Steve Witkoff and a representative of Zelensky) have not yet been communicated to Russia.
