Trump’s Reaction to a Reporter’s Question to Mamdani: Is the President a Fascist?
Rokna Political: Donald Trump, during a meeting with Zohran Mamdani, the new mayor of New York, reacted to a reporter’s question about whether he is a fascist and asked Mamdani to answer with a simple “yes.”
Donald Trump, the President of the United States, met with Zohran Mamdani, the new mayor of New York, at the White House.
According to Rokna, during this meeting a reporter asked Mamdani: “Do you confirm that you think President Trump is a fascist?”
Mamdani replied: “We talked about it…”
At this moment, Trump said: “It’s okay. You can just say yes. It’s easier than explaining it. I don’t mind.”
And Mamdani said: “Yes!”
In another part of the meeting, Trump said about Mamdani: “I think you will have a really great mayor. The better he works, the happier I will be. We will help him.”

Mamdani, in his remarks, again spoke against Israel and said: “I have talked about Israel committing genocide and it being financed by our own government, and I have also raised the concerns of New Yorkers who want their taxes to be spent on the interests of New Yorkers themselves. What we are witnessing now is that children are homeless.”
