Putin’s Remarkable Response on Supporting Iran + Video
Rokna Political Desk: Russian President Vladimir Putin stated that Russia will not withdraw from Iran’s Bushehr nuclear power plant, addressing questions about Moscow’s support for Tehran amid regional tensions.

During a press briefing, a journalist from Turkey’s Anadolu Agency asked Putin: “Today, an Iranian journalist was expected to attend this session, but given that Iran is involved in a war, I will ask on their behalf: Do you have any plans to support Iran?”
In response, Putin emphasized:
“Our specialists are working at the Bushehr plant. Doesn’t that count as support?”
He further explained that Russia had communicated with the Israeli Prime Minister to clarify that it would not leave the facility.
Putin reiterated that Russian personnel remain active at the Bushehr nuclear plant, and their work continues as planned. He added that Iran has not requested any additional forms of support beyond this cooperation.
The Russian president’s comments highlight Moscow’s strategic commitment to Iran’s nuclear infrastructure, even as tensions in the region persist and calls for diplomatic clarity intensify.
