Grossi Once Again Calls for Access to Iran’s Nuclear Facilities
Rokna Political Desk: The Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) has once again, in a bold stance, demanded access to all of Iran’s nuclear facilities, including those targeted during the recent aggressive war by the United States and the Israeli regime.

According to Rokna, Rafael Grossi, Director General of the IAEA, once again, claiming that the inspections of this international body are “not selective,” demanded access to all nuclear facilities in Iran.
Grossi, referring to the decision by three European countries to activate the snapback mechanism, which could lead to the reinstatement of United Nations sanctions, said: “This is a political decision and must be seen as such. The position of these three countries was clear, and they implemented their decision.”
He added that this action has initiated a 30-day process, and he hopes that progress can be achieved during this period.
Grossi emphasized that for the IAEA, the primary priority is the resumption of inspections, a matter related to the conditions that the European troika proposed to Iran for extending the deadline.
Regarding the possibility of some IAEA inspectors returning to Iran following the suspension of cooperation by Tehran due to Israeli attacks, he said: “The situation has changed after 12 days of attacks, but the legal frameworks remain in place.”
Grossi claimed: “As a member of the Non-Proliferation Treaty, Iran is obliged to adhere to the Safeguards Agreement, which entails inspections.”
He added that Iran initially sought to alter these frameworks, but the IAEA has insisted that these frameworks will not change.
Nevertheless, he stated that Iran’s concerns must be practically addressed so that methods and procedures can be adjusted in a way that does not undermine inspections.
