March Held in Germany in Support of Refugees Stranded near Moria Camp
Rokna: Hundreds of people gathered in Berlin on Sunday, to stage a protest in support of refugees stranded near former Moria camp, in the Greek island of Lesvos.
Groups of demonstrators rallied in Hermannplatz , ahead of marching towards Oranienplatz with signs and banners. Demonstrators also called for better conditions for migrants in the remains of Bosnia and Herzegovina 's Lipa camp.
The rally was organised to demand the evacuation of the new camp in Kara Tepe, near Mytilene, where refugees found shelter after Moria was wiped out by a fire last September.
