Europe Imposes New Sanctions on Iran
Rokna Political Desl: The foreign ministers of the European Union have, in an anti-Iranian measure, imposed new sanctions on Iran under the pretext of supporting Russia and what they described as actions in suppressing recent unrest in the country.
According to Rokna, Reuters reported that the EU foreign ministers are expected to reach a political agreement to include the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps of Iran in the list of terrorist organizations recognized by the union.
The European foreign ministers have reached this agreement without making any reference to the violence and inhumane attacks carried out by Mossad-affiliated agents against security forces and ordinary citizens, who were targeted and massacred during protests that were officially recognized by the government.
The official Mossad account, in Persian, announced on 8 Dey on social media: “We are in the streets alongside you,” which signified the direct involvement of the Israeli regime in inciting violence during the legitimate popular protests in Iran. On 12 Dey, just three or four days after this Mossad action, Donald Trump, President of the United States, in a tweet regarding potential intervention in the event of protester deaths, triggered a project of killing in the squares, and armed individuals attacked the demonstrators.
The Iranian government recognizes the right of every individual to peaceful complaints and protests. However, no nation, including Iran, will tolerate riots, destruction of public or private property, terrorist acts, targeting of law enforcement personnel, or any action that endangers public life.
