Bilateral Talks Held Between Pezeshkian and Pashinyan
Rokna Political Desk: Bilateral talks between the President of Iran and the Prime Minister of Armenia were held.
According to Rokna, citing the Government Information Center, today (Tuesday, August 19, 2025), following the official welcoming ceremony at the Presidential Palace of Armenia, the meeting was convened.
The bilateral talks between the President of Iran and the Prime Minister of Armenia continued privately after 20 minutes and lasted for about one and a half hours.
Masoud Pezeshkian, at the official invitation of the Prime Minister of Armenia and for the purpose of an official bilateral visit, arrived in Yerevan yesterday, Monday, August 18, 2025, where he was welcomed by the Deputy Prime Ministers and the Foreign Minister of Armenia.
During this visit, several cooperation documents will also be signed between the officials of the two countries.
At the official welcoming ceremony hosted by Nikol Pashinyan, the Prime Minister of Armenia, for Masoud Pezeshkian, the national anthems of both countries were first played, after which the two leaders introduced the members of their high-ranking delegations to one another.
