Major General Rahim Safavi: I Consider It Likely That Another War May Break Out
Rokna Political Desk: Major General Rahim Safavi, Senior Adviser to the Supreme Leader, stated: “We in the military engage in scenario planning; we consider the worst-case scenario and prepare plans for it. At present, we are not in a ceasefire, we are in a stage of war; this situation may collapse at any moment.”

According to Rokna, Major General Rahim Safavi said: “We in the military engage in scenario planning; we consider the worst-case scenario and prepare plans for it. At present, we are not in a ceasefire, we are in a stage of war; this situation may collapse at any moment. No protocol, regulation, or agreement has been written between us and the United States or Israel.”
He added: “A ceasefire means the cessation of fire, and it may resume at any moment. I consider it likely that another war may occur, and afterwards, perhaps no further war will take place.”
Major General Safavi emphasized: “The United States and Israel say they establish peace through power; Iran, too, must become strong in the region and the world. ‘Go and become strong if you seek peace of mind, for in the system of nature the weak are trampled.’ We must strengthen the system and strategy of diplomatic, media, missile, drone, and cybernetic offensives.”
The Adviser to the Commander-in-Chief declared: “We in the military say: if you desire peace, prepare for war. The best defense is attack.”
