Rokna Political Desk: Former U.S. National Security Advisor John Bolton commented on the recent meeting between Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin in Alaska, stating that Putin was the clear winner of the summit.

Speaking to CNN, Bolton said: “The U.S. President did not fail at the Alaska summit, but Putin clearly won and achieved most of his goals, while Trump did not gain much from the meeting.”
He added that Trump appeared visibly tired following his meeting with Putin. “Trump didn’t look disappointed, but his fatigue was obvious. We need to reflect on whether that tiredness was a result of not achieving his intended outcomes in the talks with Putin, or if there were other reasons behind it.”
