Time and Venue of the Next Iran–U.S. Talks Announced
Rokna Political Desk: Reuters, citing informed sources, reported that the next round of negotiations between Iran and the United States, mediated by Oman, will be held next Tuesday in the city of Geneva, Switzerland.
According to Rokna, Reuters added that Witkoff and Kushner, representatives of Trump, will attend the negotiations to hold talks with Iran’s envoy.
The American news website “Axios” also published a similar report, stating that Abbas Araghchi, Iran’s Foreign Minister, will participate in the negotiations.
The previous round of negotiations between Iran and the United States was held on Friday, 17 Bahman, in Muscat, Oman, with the mediation of that country’s Foreign Minister. In those talks, Witkoff, Trump’s envoy, and Araghchi, the Foreign Minister, headed the two negotiating delegations of the United States and Iran.
