Putin Ready to Negotiate with French President; A Step Toward Transforming International Relations

Dmitry Peskov, Kremlin spokesperson, stated that Vladimir Putin is prepared to hold talks with Emmanuel Macron, President of France, concerning the Ukraine war.

According to Rokna, quoting AFP, Peskov told RIA Novosti in an interview that Putin has declared his readiness to enter negotiations with Macron. Therefore, if there is mutual political willingness, this development can be seen positively.

Earlier this week, Macron said he believes Europe should reconnect with Putin to bring an end to the war. He stated: “I believe it is in the interest of us Europeans and Ukrainians to find the right framework to re-enter negotiations.”

It is worth noting that the European Union on Friday agreed to provide Ukraine with a €90 billion loan.
