Trump: I Will Take Revenge on ISIS
Rokna Political Desk: Following the killing of three Americans in Syria, US President Donald Trump reacted with threatening remarks.
According to Rokna, citing ABC News, Trump said late Saturday night that he would take revenge on ISIS for the killing of three Americans.
Trump stated: “We lost three great citizens in an ambush in Syria, and we will respond to ISIS.”
The US president added that Jolani has been extremely angered by this attack.
According to the report, the US Central Command (CENTCOM) claimed that the perpetrator of the attack on American forces in the Syrian city of Tadmur was an armed member of the ISIS group.
The report further said that early this morning (Sunday), a joint convoy of Jolani’s security elements and US soldiers was attacked near the Deir ez-Zor road close to the city of Tadmur in Syria. During the attack, several US soldiers were seriously wounded and were transferred by helicopter to the Al-Tanf base.
