French President Reacts to Historic Louvre Museum Theft
Rokna Political Desk: French President Emmanuel Macron strongly condemned the historic theft from the Louvre Museum, describing it as an affront to the nation’s precious heritage. He emphasized that the stolen artworks will be recovered and the perpetrators of the crime will face justice.

Macron stated:
“The theft at the Louvre is an attack on a heritage that we hold dear, because this heritage represents our history.
We will recover the artworks, and those responsible for this theft will be brought to justice. All efforts everywhere to achieve this goal are underway under the guidance of the Paris Prosecutor’s Office.
The Louvre Renaissance project, which we launched in January, envisages enhanced security measures. This project will ensure the preservation and protection of what constitutes our collective memory and culture.”
