Nuclear Scientist Aghamiri Reveals Threats of Abduction Days Before the War + Video
Rokna Political Desk: In the latest episode of “The Story of the War,” nuclear scientist Dr. Seyed Mahmoudreza Aghamiri recounted that days before the conflict, he and his colleagues were warned of potential abduction. “On the night of the war, I was awakened by the air defense sirens. After performing the morning prayer, we left our home. The security team confiscated our phones and escorted us to a secure location,” he said.

The seventh episode of the series, hosted by Javad Moughouei, presents Aghamiri’s firsthand account of unprecedented attempts by the Israeli regime to assassinate him and his colleagues during the 12-day war. He also discussed the indestructible foundation of Iran’s nuclear industry and the country’s potential capability to develop nuclear weapons.
Aghamiri’s testimony provides rare insights into both the security threats faced by Iran’s nuclear scientists and the resilience of the nation’s nuclear program amid regional conflicts.
