China’s Tempting Offer to Trump: Trillion-Dollar Investment Proposal Reportedly on the Table
Rokna Political Desk: A well-known American news agency has reported that China has made a substantial financial offer to the Trump administration, proposing a major reduction in U.S. investment restrictions — a deal that could reportedly reach up to $1 trillion.

According to Rokna, Bloomberg published a report titled “China Presses Trump to Ease Security Curbs to Enable New Deals,” revealing that Beijing is pushing Washington to relax security restrictions on Chinese investments in the United States. In return, China has proposed a massive investment package that, if accepted, could dramatically reshape the next decade of economic policy.
Citing unnamed sources, Bloomberg reported that negotiators representing Chinese President Xi Jinping have asked the U.S. to reduce tariffs on imported materials used by Chinese-owned factories operating within the United States.
The report added that these proposals were raised during trade talks held last month in Madrid. According to one informed source, Chinese officials had initially floated an investment figure of $1 trillion earlier this year, though the current scale of discussions remains unclear.
Following the Madrid talks, Jamieson Greer, the U.S. Trade Representative, told Fox Business that both sides had exchanged views on expanding investment opportunities in the United States for Chinese companies.
