President Poursian Meets UN Secretary-General
Rokna, Political Desk: The President of Iran and the Secretary-General of the United Nations held a meeting and discussion on the sidelines of the 80th session of the UN General Assembly.
According to Rokna, during the meeting, President Poursian also wrote a note in the UN’s guestbook, which reads as follows:
In the Name of God
On 23 September 2025, we attended the United Nations Assembly along with the Iranian delegation, at a time when the Zionist regime had violated all UN regulations and laws, disregarded human rights organizations, and paid no heed to the officials of these bodies, while the United States fully supported the crimes of this regime. I hope that the key members of the United Nations will be able to enforce the organization’s rules globally through effective mechanisms.
