New Details on Trump’s Gaza Peace Plan Reported by Israeli Media
Rokna Political Desk: Israeli media outlets have reported on former U.S. President Donald Trump’s proposed Gaza peace plan, noting that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is aware of parts of the proposal and may be compelled to accept certain elements. Further details of the plan are expected to be revealed at a forthcoming summit of Arab and Islamic leaders.

An American official, speaking to an Israeli network, disclosed that Donald Trump and his special envoy for Middle East affairs, Steve Witkoff, are set to present their plan tomorrow (Tuesday) to the leaders of Arab and Islamic countries, with the aim of ending the Gaza war.
According to Rokna, citing Al Jazeera Qatar, Israel’s Channel 12 television quoted the U.S. official as saying that Trump’s meeting with Arab leaders may include the presentation of a concrete proposal to end the conflict.
In this context, an Israeli official also told Channel 12 that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has been informed of parts of the plan and may be forced to accept some of its provisions.
He added that Netanyahu will discuss the plan with Trump at the White House.
According to the report, informed sources stressed that Trump’s plan includes an end to the war, the return of all Israeli captives, Israel’s withdrawal from Gaza, and the designation of a party to assume governance of the territory.
