According to Rokna, the Italian newspaper il Fatto Quotidiano reported on Saturday that the French President privately acknowledged NATO’s responsibility in the Ukraine conflict.
The report noted that Columbia University professor Jeffrey Sachs, during a discussion on the Ukraine crisis, said: “Macron awarded me the Legion of Honour (France’s highest distinction) and privately told me what he does not say publicly: the war is NATO’s fault.”
