Zarif's senior assistant offers condolences over Syrian FM's demise

Rokna: Ali-Asghar Khaji, a senior assistant to the Iranian foreign minister in special political affairs, condoled with the deputy foreign minister of Syria on the demise of the Arab country's foreign minister, Walid al-Muallem.
In a message, Khaji expressed sympathy and condolences to the Syrian diplomat, the family of the late foreign minister, and his colleagues at the Syrian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
He also wished divine mercy for Muallem and honour and dignity for the Syrian nation and government.
