Iranian female director wins top award at London festival

rokna: Iranian director Mojgan Bayat has received the best director award from the Screen Power Film Festival in London.
Bayat grabbed the award for her movie ‘Child of Earth,’ ROKNA reported on Thursday.
According to its official website, ‘Screen Power Film Festival is an international cinematic showcase that celebrates and rewards powerful films from all around the world, through monthly, quarterly & annual contests.’
Child of Earth has recently advanced to Dhaka International Film Festival and Ojai Film Festival.
